GG77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), driver's license, or PRC ID.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) GG77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. GG77 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed without notice, and any balances or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.
GG77 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued gameplay. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. GG77 will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GG77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
GG77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. All transactions and gameplay activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated them, unless you have notified GG77 of unauthorized access in writing prior to the relevant activity.
You must notify GG77 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, your password has been compromised, or your registered mobile number or email address has been changed without your knowledge. GG77 will investigate all reported security incidents but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
GG77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from GG77 requesting your password or OTP, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
GG77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO (Banco de Oro), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). GG77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. GG77 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with or without prior notice.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your GG77 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BDO, BPI, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account balance. GG77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. GG77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000.
GG77 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. GG77 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. You agree not to use the GG77 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. GG77 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected AML violations.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a GG77 deposit is a breach of these Terms. GG77 reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any funds subject to a chargeback, and pursue legal remedies available under Philippine law in the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback.
GG77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. GG77 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

GG77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, GG77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
GG77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your GG77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
GG77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. GG77 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude GG77's liability for death or personal injury caused by GG77's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
GG77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on GG77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
GG77 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and will only be used for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
GG77 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine government authorities where required by law. GG77 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
GG77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, GG77 will notify registered players by email to their registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the GG77 website at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and GG77 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
